Pre-1972 American-made Classic Cars, Trucks & Hot Rods. Our mission statement is To restore and maintain classic cars and street rods in a way that brings people together, preserves vintage vehicles and contributes to the community.

The Community Shines Big "A" fund raiser series for the Food Bank came to a conclusion last evening. The winners? 1 st place Ken and JoAnn with their 1954 Mercury and in 2nd, Mike and his 1927 Model T Roadster. Thank you to everyone who sponsored, came, watched, displayed and contributed. $7,000 was raised to help feed our community.
Added Bonus!! Come meet local artist Len Nordmann at Wednesdays Big "A" Community Shines Championship. Len will be there to answer questions about doing your art & your vehicle. 5pm - 7pm, 9/22, Big "A" in Grass Valley.
One week from today is the "Big "A" Community Shines Championship". The 1st and 2nd place winners from the 7 show series will be there and an over all winner will be chosen. Be there! See who gets to appear in the next Big A ad, win some more Riebes and Big A gift certs and raise more $$$ for the Food Bank. 9/22 5pm.

Lou is one of two remaining survivors of Pearl Harbor and the attack on the Arizona. Show the man some love!
Wow! The "Next Gen" was way cool. GVPD picked some great winners and got to Yak with the drivers and owners. Don't tell PD but they like Drift Racing their bombs! We're gonna do what we can to see if we can make that happen locally or at the very least go to Thunder Hill and cheer them on. The Championship will be 9/22/21 same time same place. More info soon........

Good Turn out last night for the 5th and 6th editions of Big "A"'s display series. Check out the winning Old Iron and the 4WD killer creation! Thanks to our ex Angel Presidents and Lorraine Jewett for doing the judging. Two weeks from now? "Next Gen" featuring that Hot Toyota, Kia or? You next Gen? Bring it on!!!! Really Good news? Almost $6K raised for the Nevada County Food Bank so far.

Ok everyone we are ready for an awesome NU Cheer Car Show tomorrow, Saturday, July 24th, if you have a car and you would like to enter the show you can still do that tomorrow when you arrive, we will start registration at 8 am.![]()
We would also like to invite community, family and friends to come and check out all the cars, talk to the car owners, have lunch we will have a BBQ, and a raffle that has so many awesome items, and the DJ will be playing all the old favorites. Our Shred Event has moved to next weekend, if you need to get ride of your old papers, purchase a Shred Bag from a Cheerleader or tomorrow at the Car Show, fill and seal the bag and bring it to NU next Saturday 7/31/21 - 9am to 1 pm the trucks will be in the main parking lot for drive up service.
