Long Time PV Chamber Volunteers Retire: Pam & Fred Dias call it quits after 17 years Pam and Fred Dias (photo above) have retired after seventeen years of volunteering at the Penn Valley Area Chamber of Commerce. Pam was working at a Credit Union and her friend Sheri asked her to come and help with the Chamber.
