Ray Y., myself and others have been talking about 2024 and how we can grow the Club, involve the membership, and even raise some funds to support the club’s financial well being. Strike a chord by you?
Let’s get together. The first opportunity will be the October 8th Geezers picnic at Condon Park.
Since these are meant to be low key non-official conversations, that event fits the criteria. We’re not bypassing the board. We’re not revolting. We’re simply informally getting together, socializing, and developing some plans and ideas that may keep this club alive for another 62 years.
We expect a great turn out the 8th, but in any case stay dialed into the routine e-blasts and upcoming newsletters. We’ll keep you posted on additional get togethers, ideas, suggestions and look for your feed back and participation. After the 8th get together, we’ll likely need to have second go-round.
