Saturday, April 23, 2022, Downtown Grass Valley: You take your chances having an outdoor event in April as you never know what the weather will bring. But two years in a pandemic has made everyone throw caution to the wind. This year the Grass Valley Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Downtown Association and the Roamin Angels defied the odds and Mother Nature to have a perfect day for a beautiful car show.
