Vintage Trailer Park

Pull out the pink plastic flamingos and come park your vintage trailer in the ‘Cruisin’ the Pines’ Trailer Park. Come in on Friday night and you can stay and relax through Sunday morning.

Sign up and register online and we will look out for you late Friday afternoon! Your registration is just $40 for the weekend! We’ll leave the light on for ya!

Recycled Roadsters

A FREE paint-your-own-car activity just for kids ages 5–12!

Youngsters can choose their very own car, paint it in a color they want, and take their masterpiece home.

PRIZE: $200 for High Hand
Entry fee: Saturday, September 5, 2026 – 9:00 to 10:00 am!

One free entry per car show registration.
$5 entry fee for the general public.

Starting Booth is near Flag Pole just inside Main Bldg. foyer 9–10am

ALL PLAYERS MUST TURN IN THEIR HAND BY 12:00 PM AT BOOTH #5

ANY LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Admission & Parking

General Admission: $5.00 per Person
Kids under 12 free with paying adult.
Active and Reserve Military with ID: Free
Dogs on a leash are allowed but fairgrounds rules apply. Please keep animals away from the cars. Pick up your animals poop and dispose of properly.

$10 Parking is a fee charged by the Fairgrounds. Your paid parking fee allows you to park in the parking area at Gate 4. The gate admission is a separate fee.

Gate 1 — Permit and Disabled Parking. Parking is $10 per vehicle. No in-and-out privileges. Gate 4 — General and Disabled Parking. Parking is $10 per vehicle. No in-and-out privileges. Please Note: Any parking lots off of Fairgrounds property are privately owned and operated.

Pancake Breakfast • $15 per person

Elks Ladies of Nevada City Lodge 518 and Auburn/Grass Valley Lodge #538 will be serving a pancake breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Cost is $15.00 and includes pancakes, sausage, and coffee.

Mimosas • Screwdrivers • Bloody Marys available $8*

Breakfast will be served on the lawn area near the Ponderosa Building.

*You must be of legal drinking age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

RV Park at the Nevada County Fairgrounds

Open year-round, the RV Park at the Nevada County Fairgrounds is nestled among tall pine trees, overlooks Lions Lake, and is located near the historic towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City. Whether camping solo, with a family or with a group we have a spot for you! We welcome large RV groups, Class A Motorhomes, Recreational Vehicles and Trailers of all sizes. No tent or car camping allowed.

We offer full hook-up sites for $55 a night and water & electric for $45. There are also a limited number of premium sites that offer more space and a small lawn for $65 a night.

Vintage Trailer Park

Bring your registered trailer in on Friday after noon through Gate 4 and come in through Gate 5.

There is no bbq this year but we will have food trucks and beer/wine available along with live music.

Dogs on a leash are allowed but must follow the fairgrounds rules. There are doggy poop trash cans within the fairgrounds.

You are welcome to stay through Sunday morning. A gentleman by the name of Mayor Christy will be there with his Ultravan and will have the key to the gate for your exit on Sunday.

There is a pancake breakfast on Saturday from 8am to 10am at the Ponderosa building .

The actual show is open to the public on Saturday from 9am to 4pm with opening ceremonies at the flagpole at Gate 1 at about 9am.
