Retire Your Old American Flags Properly If you’re like me we all wear out a couple of American flags per year. Those flags need to be retired properly. Remember back to the Clubs Car show days and one of the popular events was Troop 855’s evening Flag retirement ceremonies. Those scouts collected and retired some 600-800 flags at each event.
