A few weeks ago at “Cars and Coffee”, Gary Apple and I were talking about his re-do of the red sports car many of you remember seeing during construction at an after breakfast tour. April 20, 2019 Cars and Coffee happens most Saturday morning at the McKnight Crossing (aka KMart Center). There will nornally be an average between 80 to 100 cars of all makes and models. In July of last year there were about 150 cars! Definitely a record. Cars and Coffee happens most Saturday mornings from 8am to 10pm. Some Saturdays the Roadents put together a lunch cruise. In todays meeting for Armed Forces Day here May 18th the CHP announced that baring any disasters they WILL have their Helicopter here for the event and possibly a fixed wing. Come talk with the pilots and see the aircraft up close and personal.![]()

Had to get the '81 Vette smoged yesterday. The same results as it has been for years now. The '81 barely emits anything. Way... way...![]()

Thanks to all you crazy car peeps looks like we are going to be able to invest in all these kids and programs again this year. Numbers still being crunched. The Scouts, The High Schools, the Hands on programs. Pat the hood of your Rod and thank it for its' existence!
We love everything about these cars including the art in us they motivate. These pieces were at the recent "Crossroads" Car show. Several of these pieces were also past winners at "Cruisin the Pines" and appeared at the 2023 event.

The 35th GVDA Car Show was pretty darn good even with the Heat. Good selection of Cars and......PEOPLE. We work on gettin kids interested in these machines. We got to intro 3 week old Joulea Saturday. I see her as a Mustang Girl.......
