Skate Park Success

April 18, 2026, Condon Park, Grass Valley: We had an extremely successful and, throughout the BBQ event, often emotional connections with the Skater Kids and Families. We served 200++ meals in a little over and hour and just about every skater ranging in age from about 5 years old to 50 made a point of thanking the volunteers and Roamin’ Angels Club. I’ll hopefully have some additional details in the May News. There were professional video and interviews present and I hope to see and pass those on.

Thanks to the team that made this happen so well; Bruce and DeeAnn B., Dave and Diane B., Daryl and Jonelle C., Richard and Pat G., Barbra S. & son, TJ (with Dad’s Car), Bill and Karin R., Mike T., Jack L., Fred and Pam D. and Jean and our extended family. This BBQ was easy but with 24 people helping… it was just fun as the bottom line.
