We are just days away from the Swap Meet. Parking is VERY limited at the Elks Club so park at the Rood Center. The American Legion will be running a shuttle over to the Elks & back on Saturday. We hot rod'😎d it so you can recognize it..........😝

Good News! Bear River H.S. is looking to grow the Ag Mech. CTE program to include engine repair. Bear River used to have an excellent Auto Shop program. Maybe this will help revive it. The school is looking for tools and supplies to make it happen. The Roamin Angels have invited them to our June 25th swap meet so you can donate your stuff as well as sell it. Thank you for the support at the recent Grass Valley Car show.
The Roamin Angels donated space, signage and handouts at the recent GVDA Car Show to help our Ukrainian friends and the cause of freedom. This is "Yari". He speaks English and Ukraine. He and his Dad will be at the American Legion Taco Night Tuesday May 3rd, 6pm. They are raising money to buy Combat tourniquets to send home in support of their relatives in Ukraine. Post 130 will donate the evenings income to that cause. Call 530 575 7002 to join in. Have some Tacos, hear the inside scoop, help them fight back.

I spent some time with my fellow gear heads at the Cars and Coffee car show in the old Kmart parking lot. It was a great turn out this morning! Patrick here used to work with my dad at the Forest Service and was glad to show me his 64 1/2 Mustang beauty. I told him it was a nice Ford, and suggested he swapped in a fresh small block Chevy to help make it a bit more reliable.
