Club Get Together at Trailblazer The first Wednesday of each month. The next Get Together is Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 5:30pm-7:30pm Get Together at Trailblazer. “Oildale” – January 18
Veterans Come Together Thanks to Community and Music Free movie night to watch “Oildale” a movie about Vets returning from the Middle East to Bakersfield, meeting up with a WWII Vet sharing problems and then getting them fixed with the help of Country and Western Music. Veterans Memorial Building, Doors open at 4pm, Movie at 5pm. Tickets are free and must be picked up beforehand at Riebes, Simply Country, Big “A” and Real Graphic. Snacks and goodies available. 30th Annual Toy Drive
It’s About the Kids The 30th Annual Toy Drive for Nevada County Families Saturday, Dec. 7th at McKnight Crossing/K-Mart parking lot from 9am until 2pm. Bring a new unopened toy or blanket or jacket. Cruise of Classic Cars from Savemart parking lot near B&C by 9am, limited to the first 25 cars this year, per GVPD. Contact Pam to sign up to be in the parade. In todays meeting for Armed Forces Day here May 18th the CHP announced that baring any disasters they WILL have their Helicopter here for the event and possibly a fixed wing. Come talk with the pilots and see the aircraft up close and personal.![]()

Had to get the '81 Vette smoged yesterday. The same results as it has been for years now. The '81 barely emits anything. Way... way...![]()

Thanks to all you crazy car peeps looks like we are going to be able to invest in all these kids and programs again this year. Numbers still being crunched. The Scouts, The High Schools, the Hands on programs. Pat the hood of your Rod and thank it for its' existence!
We love everything about these cars including the art in us they motivate. These pieces were at the recent "Crossroads" Car show. Several of these pieces were also past winners at "Cruisin the Pines" and appeared at the 2023 event.

The 35th GVDA Car Show was pretty darn good even with the Heat. Good selection of Cars and......PEOPLE. We work on gettin kids interested in these machines. We got to intro 3 week old Joulea Saturday. I see her as a Mustang Girl.......
