Thanks to the community for supporting our "Toy Drive" as well as all the other attempts to support the community ie: "Toy Run", GVPD's Gift tree, Toys for Tots, the Sheriff's dept fund raiser, the Food Bank's food drive etc etc. Great job Nevada County!

For the 32nd year the Roamin Angels are staging their "Toy Drive". Like last year we are partnering with the Marines to raise funds and collect toys on behalf of our community. See us at various locations 11/27 then....... Come have some fun on 12/4 at "Cars and Coffee" in the GV SPD lot. Music, fun, and the big car art prize.

The Community Shines Big "A" fund raiser series for the Food Bank came to a conclusion last evening. The winners? 1 st place Ken and JoAnn with their 1954 Mercury and in 2nd, Mike and his 1927 Model T Roadster. Thank you to everyone who sponsored, came, watched, displayed and contributed. $7,000 was raised to help feed our community.
Added Bonus!! Come meet local artist Len Nordmann at Wednesdays Big "A" Community Shines Championship. Len will be there to answer questions about doing your art & your vehicle. 5pm - 7pm, 9/22, Big "A" in Grass Valley.
One week from today is the "Big "A" Community Shines Championship". The 1st and 2nd place winners from the 7 show series will be there and an over all winner will be chosen. Be there! See who gets to appear in the next Big A ad, win some more Riebes and Big A gift certs and raise more $$$ for the Food Bank. 9/22 5pm.

Wow! The "Next Gen" was way cool. GVPD picked some great winners and got to Yak with the drivers and owners. Don't tell PD but they like Drift Racing their bombs! We're gonna do what we can to see if we can make that happen locally or at the very least go to Thunder Hill and cheer them on. The Championship will be 9/22/21 same time same place. More info soon........
