Purpose: An invitation to artists to create fine classic art that reflects the beauty of the automobile. Fins & Fenders is the show theme, if you like to create to a artwork reflecting that theme.
Place: Sugar Pines building, Nevada County Fairgrounds, Grass Valley, CA. In conjunction with the 20th Annual Roamin Angels’ “Cruisin’ the Pines” Car Show.
Eligibility: All artists must deliver & pick up their artwork. Artists may enter only the pieces listed on this form. No changes accepted after entering.
Rules: All work must be original, produced within the last two years. Artwork must reflect the classic made automobile or related auto items.Paintings must be dry and suitably framed with wire on the back. Wired ends must be taped. No saw-toothed hangers.

Division One: Fine Art – 1. Pastel 2. Pencil 3. Watercolor 4. Oil/Acrylic 5. Ink/Airbrush 6. Mixed-Media 7. Sculpture
Division Two: Photography – 1. Black & White 2. Color 3. Digital/computer.
Division Three: “Fins & Fenders” – Using any of the above mediums create your own or depict an existing Fins or Fenders, or both!
Awards: 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, Honorable Mention – In each division and a Best of Show Award to the most outstanding entry of all the divisions. Entry
Procedures: Mail entry form to: Car Art Show, c/o Susan Barry, 15561 Wet Hill Road, Nevada City, CA 95959. Make checks payable to the Roamin’ Angels.
Entry fees: $12.00 fee per entry. Artists may submit up to three entries in each division. Art is dropped off on Friday, 9 – 2pm,and picked up, Sunday from 2 – 4pm. Mailed Entry Deadline: August 30, 2019. Submit completed entry form with fees by 5:00 p.m.
Sales: All work must be for sale. The Roamin’ Angels will retain 20% from all sales during the show. Prices may not be changed after submission date.
Art insurance is the responsibility of the artist.
